Hello there! I've decided to set up my own graphics team, maybe you will decide to make your own. A little competition won't hurt. Anyway, what graphics teams tend to do is battle each other. One team's member will make a signature, and another team's member will make a signature of their own. Whoever's gets the most votes, earns their team some reputation of some sort. You should never get into a team battle without consulting a higher authority. If you lose, the rest of your team would get pretty, well...anyway, just ask someone ranked higher than you before you get into a battle.

What these ranks mean:
Leader- Regular Member. Makes the decisions, but should see what his teammates want.
Co-Leader- Makes spectacular signatures, and will be placed in charge if told by leader.
Tigers- Regular members. Anyone higher than you(leader or co-leader) can enter you in a battle.
Cubs- Junior members. You mainly learn from better members, and get better. Eventually, you will be promoted to a Tiger. You may not enter battles, and no one can tell you to.

Requirements:
• Put something about being a member of the team in your signature. A way to conserve space would be to put something in your signature [picture].
• You need to have fifty posts to join, just to familiarize yourself with the site. Don't spam to get them.

Notes:
• Only the leader can accept people onto the team.
• If you get turned down, don't worry, work hard and improve, and try again.
